For something slightly different...

A few weeks ago, my friend Merav mentioned that she wanted to announce her new pregnancy in a unique way - she was sick of the boring Facebook posts.  I volunteered to help her out and create something she could show off, which would be subtle but also convey the message.  It's a little different from my usual style, but this is what I came up with:

It's all made from card stock cut outs (hand cut), patterned paper, and a basic grade school hole puncher.  The sentiment was made with Microsoft Word.  Though the supplies used on this were among my most basic, coming up with this idea was a long process!  Hope you enjoy it.

When I saw that this week's Simon Says Stamp challenge was paper piecing, I decided to enter it.
